Creamy Vegan Broccoli Soup

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli, carrot, celery, onion, and garlic. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Saute until onion is translucent and just tender.

Directions:
Soak the lentils overnight or atleast 4 hours. Drain and add to saucepan with 3 cups of water. Cover and cook at medium heat for 30 minutes.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 C) and toss tomatoes in a bit of olive oil and sea salt. Place cut side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes while you prepare the rest of the dish.

Banana Almond Milk Soft Serve

Directions:
In a food processor, combine the frozen bananas and honey and process until chopped. With the machine on, add the Sainnut milk to the puree until smooth.

Choco Chip Vegan Cookies

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Using an electric mixer or sturdy wooden spoon, grind the margarine (or butter) and sugars until light and fluffy. Slowly add Sain almond milk, mix well, then add the vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients to the creamed mixture and stir to blend. Fold in the chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoon onto buttered or parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Chocolate Brownie

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8" x 8" pan with cooking spray. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in almond milk, oil, applesauce and vanilla. Mix in chopped chocolate and spread in prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely and refrigerate. To serve, cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

Having tried various Almond Milk in the market I took the opportunity to review Sain Almond milk which I found the most appropriate to my liking. The flavoring is not too much and not too less and strikes just the right balance.
I especially appreciate the fact that this is not artificially sweetened with honey or any sweetener as I prefer my products to be free from such additives and be as organic as possible.
On the net I read about Almond milk and coffee and I tried this today with Sain unflavored Original Almond Milk. With very subtly nutty taste and lower calories than skimmed milk, I really enjoyed this combination.
Prompt delivery and responsiveness to my placing the order on call are an added reason for me writing this review.
I would be surely ordering this on daily subscription basis.
