We are obsessed about using highest quality almonds. Since each variety of almonds has its own unique balance of macronutrients, over 20 varieties were tested to find a nut with just the right proportion of high proteins, natural sugars, and healthy fats.

The smoothest nut milk: We have created a proprietary method for transforming the handpicked almonds into nut milk, perfected over many months of recipe testing. Each batch of nut milk is custom blended, which allows for seasonal fluctuations in the flavors and textures of the nuts. We make our milk every morning so that it remains fresh every day.
